i can’t install KHF. my computer’s using WinXP. announcement was file msvbvm60.dll “access is denied”

I’m a senior student in HCM city.I like sing Karaoke very much.I’ve downloaded the Karaoke Hifi for 4 months.When I installed it into MyComputer,it ran well without noise.But when I attached MicroPhone at a slot.My Speaker sounded cracked.I ‘ve changed A Speaker 2.5.But It Didn’t decreased.I did not know how to run it well without noise as sound cracked .I’d like you to answer my question.I’ve not sung The Karaoke Hifi Software 940 sofar.
